Discovery of details enabling us to formulate the final cost and accurate timescale estimates.
- Potential process and technical issues highlighted and solved.
- Solution divided into fixed cost statements of work, and further divided into units of work delivered in sprints.
- Potential beyond our engagement highlighted and suggested, sharing our expertise and that of our partners to contribute to your continued success both in business and technically.

3. Development
The build of your product - parallelised where possible.
- We work based on the sprints defined in the Comprehension and Evaluation phase.
- For each sprint we work with you to define what must be done to fulfil the sprint and we plan the tasks and manage the delivery.
